Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects that meet the defined objectives and quality standards.

He/she shall also be responsible for cross functional team management as well as stakeholder management with respect to different clients/consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/contractors for project execution.
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements, and allocate tasks accordingly.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Track project expenses and ensure projects remain within financial limits.
    • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for overseeing and leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for a variety of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
    • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and emergency power systems for Substation projects upto 400Kv.
    • Create and review detailed electrical design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
    • Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee electrical design projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure integration of electrical systems with other building systems.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and implementation phases of projects.
    • Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering problems and design challenges.
