Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects that meet the defined objectives and quality standards.
He/she shall also be responsible for cross functional team management as well as stakeholder management with respect to different clients/consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/contractors for project execution.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, and allocate tasks accordingly.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track project expenses and ensure projects remain within financial limits.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes.
- Facilitate meetings, provide clear and concise status reports, and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce project processes and procedures.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and control project performance, and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- B. Tech / M. Tech in electricals. MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role for at least 10-12 years, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for overseeing and leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for a variety of projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and emergency power systems for Substation projects upto 400Kv.
- Create and review detailed electrical design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Project Management:
- Oversee electrical design projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure integration of electrical systems with other building systems.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and implementation phases of projects.
- Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering problems and design challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Certifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
- Additional certifications related to electrical systems or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems design, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
